ReplyDelete2015.... lets go! Am proud to say i just lost 2kg in 9 days☺ diet is a huge part of weight lost. I cut out sugar,White bread, White rice and minimised intake of fried stuff. I graduated from walking to brisk walking and just this week i added jogging. Very proud of my achievement. Weighed 112 kg 3 months àgo when i was pregnant. Weighed in last week and am 87kg. My target is 75. Nana Ekanem, c9 didnt work for me. I lost only 0.5kg whenbi used it.
