Jumpstart 2014: Day 7

 
Halleluja!!! This is D-Day!

I am sure it has not been easy, but I guess it's been well worth it, right?

A cup of green tea with the juice of one lemon or lime squeezed in (sweetened to taste – but not with refined white sugar)
This will help prepare you for the day. It will boost immune system, balance PH, aid digestion, acts as a gentle diuretic (which is the aim of the jumpstart, right?), hydrates the lymph system, clears the skin, curbs appetite
