I.must say today went much better than yesterday. Still a bit of sleepiness but more bursts of energy. Especially after my noon juice. I do now have a headache, but I hear it's to be expected and that tomorrow will be much better. I did take some Panadol for the headaches.
ReplyDeleteI am really upset that I haven't gotten any work out in so far. But I'm optimistic coz there's five more days. So, here's to hoping in God who gives me strength.
