unsweetened yoghurt, 1 teaspoon of honey (or sweetener of choice that is NOT

Spiced Tea (I prefer Chai). If you
don’t have chai, simple boil your water with 3-5 cloves, infuse your tea bag
in this and sweeten to taste.

Snacks
- Nuts – why not prepare some trail mix and have this handy should you need a pick me up
