celery, ½ ” sized fresh ginger, ½ lemon with rind, 1 peeled orange, 5 handful

Could help lower blood pressure,
protect bones, asthma help, digestion

don’t have chai, simple boil your water with 3-5 cloves, infuse your tea bag
in this and sweeten to taste.

- Nuts – why not prepare some trail mix and have this handy should you need a pick me up
